I have 20 years of experience leading operations and finance teams in technical organizations spanning biotechnology, intellectual property and logistics as well as the advisory support of a team of seasoned executives and entrepreneurs.

My goal is to work with an owner of an established, profitable business to succeed them in owning, actively managing and continuing to grow the company over the long-term — the right way — focusing on people and processes.
